EPVATE & Fortune International Consulting (EFIC) is a professional services company that provides training, facilitation, consulting and management services in human capital, strategy, operations, digital and project outsourcing.

EFIC was founded on a simple conviction: that African institutions grow fastest when they combine disciplined strategy with deep human-capital expertise. From a small advisory practice serving a handful of Tanzanian organisations, we have grown into a multi-disciplinary consulting firm trusted by government agencies, banks, development partners, mining and energy operators, universities and health institutions.

Today our directors span strategy, finance, legal practice and operations, and our work reaches clients across the country and the region — from turnaround engagements and HR system audits to ERP roll-outs, executive coaching and certified training programmes.

The EFIC Board provides strategic direction, oversight of governance and risk, and stewardship of client trust. Board composition reflects the firm's leadership as documented in the current Company Profile — with formal appointments and independent members published as they are ratified.

Our Advisory Council brings together senior industry practitioners, academics and former public-sector leaders who advise EFIC on sector strategy, ethics and emerging opportunities. The full council roster will be published shortly.

EFIC operates a flat, service-line structure led by the Managing Director and supported by three directorates and specialist practice teams.
